Page admin roles — the agency is added as a Page admin or content admin. You'll find it under Page → Admin tools → Manage admins. The client keeps ownership of LinkedIn company Pages; the agency is granted only what you assign.
Grant the least access the work needs. Here's what each level on LinkedIn Pages can do:
| Access level / role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Super admin | Full control including managing admins. Keep this. |
| Content admin | Post, edit and manage content. Usual agency level. |
| Curator | Suggest and schedule content in some setups. |
| Analyst | View analytics only. |
| Paid media admins | Sponsored content / lead-gen roles for advertising. |
1–2 minutes to add; the agency member must follow the Page first.
Admins are added by their own LinkedIn identity — no password shared, removable anytime from Manage admins.
Every step above is why agencies move to a single link. HandItSafe requests exactly the LinkedIn Pages access you need — the client approves it through LinkedIn Pages's own process in about three minutes, no password shared, and keeps a panel to see and remove access anytime. That visibility is why clients approve faster, and it makes offboarding a one-tap job later.
